Don't forget the Holocaust-The 2018 March of Remembrance Houston
The 2018 March of Remembrance Houston is scheduled to take place on Sunday, April 15th at the Rice Memorial Center (RMC) which is located on the corner of Alumni and Laboratory across from the Central Campus Garage on the Rice University campus (6100 Main Street Houston, Texas 77005).
Following a special performance at 12pm by Dramatic Truth Ballet Theatre in the Grand Hall, participants are invited to attend a memorial service at 1pm in the Chapel followed by a solemn prayerwalk at 2:15pm to Congregation Emanu El, site of this year’s Citywide Yom HaShoah Commemoration sponsored by the Holocaust Museum Houston.
All events are free and open to the general public.
Complimentary parking will be available at the Medical Clinic of Houston (1707 Sunset Boulevard Houston, Texas 77005) between 10-5pm along with return bus transportation between the garage and Rice Memorial Center between 10-3pm.
Please note that strict no weapons policies are enforced at both Rice University and Congregation Emanu El.
